About us

We are a creative duo that frequent Anime Conventions in the Midwest. Both of us work together to make all sorts of fanart and fancrafts. We've always taken the production of our products into our own hands — from prints, to acrylic charms, to t-shirts — and now we'd like to offer these services to other artists!

Our main goal with Acorn Press is to help artists succeed. We know first-hand that Artist Alleys can be pretty rough. Here are some ways we hope to help:

1. Low cost, low minimum order quantities.
Not everyone has hundreds of dollars to slap down on a big batch of charms. Investing in products can be daunting for many artists, especially when high minimum order quantities will destroy your wallet. With low minimum order quantities, we hope to make it comfortable and possible for you to test the waters with new products, or get that single last-minute design printed in time for the convention.
2. Fast turnaround time.
Con time is crunch time. We know that it is absolutely essential that your order arrives in time for the big convention, otherwise you might as well have not placed an order with us at all. With a fast turnaround and priority two-day domestic shipping, we hope to get your order to you as timely as possible. If we suspect that we will be unable to fulfill your order in time for your deadlines, we will let you know upfront.
3. Attentive customer service.
Communication is essential. If you have any comments, questions, or concerns about anything at any time, please don't hesitate to send us an ask or email! Likewise, if we have any concerns or confusion with your order, we will take the initiative to discuss it with you so that we can be certain we're handling your order correctly.
